Site visit

We meet on-site (or virtually) and agree on outcomes, budget range, and timing.

A written, itemised proposal, usually within seven days of the site visit.

Planning

Permits, materials, lead times, and a shared project calendar before anyone picks up a hammer.

Build

Weekly photo reports, milestone inspections, and a single project lead you can reach directly.

Handover

Final walk-through, punch-list closure, warranty documents, and an as-built folder for your records.
